Exactly the same issue here too.90mbps in Netflix speed check.posted on here last week about glitching every 10 - 15 seconds, especially awful during World Cup games. Funnily only became noticeable since World Cup started. Tried all the reboots. All apps for me are fine so have been watching games on them which is a bit of a joke really considering we're all paying for the tv service. if anyone finds a fix or Sky manages to help resolve it please post in here so we can all move on with our lives!
