Colin O’Halloran will be seen at the Australian System Safety Conference (ASSC2014) on the 29^th May as the Keynote Speaker discussing Nose Wheel Steering: A Challenge Problem for software reliability and safety. Colin is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and has spent 30 years working with High Integrity Systems in Industry and  will be speaking next to such well-known figures at Prof. Nancy Leveson from MIT and Prof. Dines Bjorner from Technical University of Denmark.

Colin will also be holding a half-day tutorial on Challenges in certifying autonomous systems for aircraft software, which will be held on the 27^th May.

The Australian System Safety conference consists of the Australian Safety Critical Systems Association and the Systems Safety Society Australian Chapter, both of which dedicate themselves to the advancement of safety-systems and all related things by bringing together industry, academia, commercial and governmental knowhow and knowledge.
