-Some very interesting parts of the story are largely under-exploited like I mentioned in another thread ; Tommy never finds nor even looks for Teal's accomplices Moweesha and Eugene is strange and frustrating, the plan to kill Diaz should last longer, Sonny remains much too passive with Tommy and nothing in the scenario justifies it

-Despite being uni-dimensional Tommy's personality has some serious inconsistencies, the fact the so-called badass-alpha-male Tommy pays to get the scumhole shack is the most obvious evidence of it, even the so-called "pussy bitch" Carl Johnson doesn't have any as lame savepoint in San Andreas and doesn't spend/waste any cent to gain access to the Angel Pine caravan. The so-called kingpin Tommy Vercetti personaly taking a client in a taxi or selling drug-filled ice-cream with the risk of being caught don't match his image neither. The fact he never does anything to conquer little Haïti makes Tommy Vercetti look like a pussy bitch compared to CJ and his gangs wars

-Tommy falls way too oftenly when he drives a bike and their handling is too rigid

-The game lacks of auto races which is a shameful pity since the cars' handling is excellent

-Given the quantity of things you find on it and the little part it plays in the scenario the beach is too large given the city's size

-The taxi job is largely underpaid compared to GTA 3 and given the distances you need to run, what's more the city's design makes the choice of itineraries is very limited especially since there's oftenly only one large road giving you the chance to receive the speed bonus, another problem is you can't make your car go faster with nitro. All these elements make this job terribly disappointing compared to GTA 3 and even San Andreas. Since Vice City is a very charming place and the excellent cars' handling it's a shameful pity

-Since you only play it once, since you can't get any speed bonus or any bonus after serving a certain number of clients the pizza delivery job is very poorly handled

-The quantity of side-activities could have been slightly increased by adding a PIMP job and some RC bandit vehicle-destruction jobs

-The dildo dodo mission sucks especially since you can't fly again if you land on the ground, this mission would be much funnier if Tommy used a helicopter instead

-The bloodring would be more interesting if the player could choose the challenge's length

-The paramedic job should have been removed or at least Rockstar should have included a small village where the player can perform it while running little distances like in Angel Pine ; San Andreas

-The city streets globally lack of gangsters and there's too little action against them, which is frustrating especially compared to GTA 3 and San Andreas
