Like the title the question is 
Is VCMP (Multiplayer Mod for Grand Theft Auto Vice City) still alive especially roleplay communities?
It was pretty big in 2017-2018 (when i last played)

I opened it up and tried to find active servers a little while ago, maybe 2 years. My memory is a bit fuzzy but I either found no active servers or a few barely active servers.
