Settings no longer appear at bottom in posts

This appears to be a recent development, but the settings that normally appear at the bottom of the editor when creating or editing a post no longer show the restrictions options. They only appear in the sidebar at the bottom and they don’t fit properly to be able to use them there. The tab at the bottom is blank. When creating or editing pages, everything is where it should be. I’m using theme Twenty Twenty-Five.
