Needed help with player skin texture

Hi all,
 
I'm having trouble with a skin. It won't show up correctly. I'm seeing this, sadly. This is where I got the skin, from a youtuber. I even took a stab at this youtuber's link, same result, this
 
Even the auto installer installs the skin incorrectly
 
 can somebody please help me with this? It's very frustrating constantly seeing a messed up skin...
