@Stephen_C I have always held the Application Data in Dropbox in order to sync all my workflows an other Alfred stuff etc across my computers. I've never had an issue up until now...literally not a single issue; its been perfect, seamless and completely "forgettable" - it's just works! But I agree, Dropbox should never take that long to load. I have spent many hours with them over the years trying to sort it without success. It's that frustrating balance between getting work done and spending a huge amount of time solving the issue that only affect me when I have to restart. I tend to run a restart overnight so I don't notice the delay. Again other than that frustration, Dropbox just works for me and has done for the best part of 20 years. For support issues like this it can be a horrendous pain the BS. @Vero I have sent the diagnostic file. I have found my self having to restart to get things working again ( I struggle to work without Alfred) so I cannot replicate the issues at the moment - sorry. I will of course follow this up when it occurs again. Thank you both John London
