Clipboard just randomly stops working

Thanks, Vero. I have been using Alfred without any issues for about 10 years - I love it! I understand that character is French, and it is the only thing that is available to me from the Clipboard history. Option + C is the clipboard history shortcut I have always used. Regardless of what I copy to the clipboard, no history pop-up appears and only ç appears on the page. It is very, very odd. Another thing I am completely invested in is Snippets; they no longer work either. As I said, the only way to reset everything and start again is to power off the machine and restart. This takes a ridiculous amount of time for me, as Dropbox takes around 30 minutes to fully load, sometimes longer. I love Dropbox once it is running, but it is a real hindrance when restarting.
