Clipboard just randomly stops working

Over the last few months my Clipboard History just keeps randomly stopping. The Option+C shortcode just give this: ç It remains the same even when restarting Alfred 5 and the only way to get it working again it to restart the machine...which takes very, VERY long time because Dropbox is so slow loading. How can I get stability back again to my Alfred....it is such a big part of my everyday workflow! Please help if you can John
