My job was featured in the Community Series, but I didn't get the jacket or the mansion trophy

I have only received the GTA$ 10M reward. Rockstar Support hasn't helped. It seems like they have some kind of filter that automatically closes any ticket if you mention the R* Community Series Varsity Jacket. Perhaps to prevent players from duping support into giving them the jacket. But this ends up harming legit players.
The guys from GTA Series Videos did receive the jacket. I'm trying to get in contact with the other featured creators, but they haven't replied yet. I can't think of anything else I could try. Unless someone from Rockstar hears about it.
