Missing unlockable reward T-shirts

Working on alot of awards last weeks, i wanted to see what reward T-shirts i unlokced, and figured that alot of them are missing.
Opened a Ticket, but R* just said tnx for the info and gave me useless 1m$.
So annoying and motivation killer...
 
Anyone else missing T-shirts from the Reward tab?
I have them completed but no T-shirts in the wardrobe.
(Pause menu - stats - awrds - rewards)
(wardrobe - tops - special tops - unlocks)
 
These are what i'm missing:
- Black benny's T-shirt
- Elite challenge T-shirt
- Showroom T-shirt
- Shot caller T-shirt
- Decorated T-shirt
- Can't touch this T-shirt 
- Gimme that T-shirt
- For hire T-shirt
- Death defying T-shirt
- Elitas T-shirt
- Red skul T-shirt
