GTA social club issue

Hello everyone. For the past week, I`m having issues with Social Club- whenever i try to get into license plate creator it says i don`t have a character linked even though my xbox acc is linked and i can see my character stats money as it is in the game. I unlinked and linked back up and still nothing, changed browsers, went incognito still this issue persist. Someone said to make a new character so  I managed to make a new character, play a bit, went up a few levels but still nothing; also the money they are not the same on both characters. Furthermore it appears that Social Club can only see one character at a time(last one i used) and it doesn`t give me the option to change characters from the Social Club website. Can see both characters while i`m in the game. Didn`t have any issues in the past and i haven`t received any bans, suspension or something similar from Rockstar.
If anyone has any ideas on what should i do next or try will be great.
