I am currently playing the most recent version of the Complete Edition on Steam (version 1.2.0.59).
I remember a while back, there was a Traffic Stop mod created by Mordecki32, which I enjoyed as it made abiding by the law while driving more enjoyable (without having to worry about being overtaken by NPCs)
However, the file for this mod was uploaded to Zippyshare (which was shut down in 2023), making it hard to find, as Mordecki is inactive, and Zippyshare was the only file-sharing site where the mod could be downloaded from. After trying to search for this mod or any similar mods just like it, my question is: Is there a modernized version of this mod available anywhere?
I know some people would refer to HaltTrafficBehind by HazardX. The only concern I have is that since I already have FusionFix and Fusion Overload installed, would installing a Complete Edition ScriptHook cause issues with FusionFix, thus causing the game to crash upon startup? If it is compatible, then I'd need a different link for the Complete Edition Scripthook (the files I downloaded off of LCPDFR caused my game to crash upon startup once they were placed in the main game directory). If there was a step I missed/screwed up on, your input would be greatly appreciated.
Finally, if it's impossible to find a mod like this, is there a way to manually edit the NPC traffic behavior within the game files?
