I recently downloaded GTA 4 on steam and installed Gillian’s mod pack. So far everything is running very well, except for one really jarring glitch where anytime a police helicopter spawns (during wanted chases) they immediately start falling to the ground or flying up in place. They seem to be getting stuck the second they spawn in, and therefore are unable to track the player accordingly. I thought it was physics glitch due to playing at high FPS, but when I lowered it to 60 and then 30 FPS, it continued happening. I also redownloaded the game and ran it without the modpack, the helicopter AI worked fine so its definitely related to the modpack. I am using version 1.08 of Gillian's Guide for reference.
If anyone knows how to solve this please let me know.
