Unable to send messages or CEO invites

Hi everyone,
 
so I’m unable to send any invites out for my CEO to randomers but I can send it to my friends who are online.
 
at first I thought it was a glitch and I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it. That’s not it and then I saw the age verification might be the problem but my Xbox has my down as the correct age and I’m just wondering what people suggest I do to fix it as it just kinda defeats to purpose of even playing.
