Yes sir, Capitan! I did unlocked those last year and kinda know how to unlock these still, its kinda messy and confusing but here's how i did it!

I did just like you do now and like everyone else i tried all Hotring Races whenever they were added back in last year but couldn't unlock these trade prices no matter what i tried so i thought it was bugged and impossible to unlock 

But as i also want to squeeze the lemon called GTA Online as much as i can i went to dig a little futher in this matter and im no hacker or have any knowledge in this code whatsoever, just an average joe refusing to give up... lol but knowing R* they have a tendency to mess things up pretty badly!

As far as i found out the San Andreas Super Sport Series was added in 2018 with 10 "hotring tracks" and additional 6 Hotring Races were added in 2023... then all were baked together and two original tracks were edited etc. making the mess complete!

Even went to the wiki and found this at the bottom and this was in early 2025... 

"Oversights:
The introduction of the six additional races (and updated version of the two original ones) in Hotring Everon Week resulted in the other eight original races no longer qualifying players for 
Trade Price discounts on the Hotring Sabre and Hotring Everon, nor did they unlock any of the unlockable liveries on either vehicle."

Ugh! I was SO down, no way to unlock these trade prices... ?!  what a shame, but as im ticking off most things in game to unlock them all time went by and i did other unlocks and challenges after that but this always nagged me in the back of my head...

If you look close at your pictures it says:

Place top 3 in 10 San Andreas Super Sport Series races to unlock the trade price for this vehicle.

and:
Place top 3 in 20 San Andreas Super Sport Series races to unlock the trade price for this vehicle.

I even looked on others on the internets and all were saying the same thing, "-I was doing 100 Hotring Races and nothing unlocked..."

Nowhere in your picture does it says Place top 3 in 10 Hotring Races ?!??

But i didn't paied much attention to that either at first but then in September 2025 this was in the R* newswire for that week and i keep reading them all each week as i find them funny to read...

Hotring Races, available in the San Andreas Super Sport Series... ?  i went to try ingame and didn't had much hope as it wasn't unlockable at all according to the wiki 

But sure enough it was there under Phone -> Quick join -> Series mode -> S.A. Super Series so i did a lot of races back then and all tracks were not added in only a few old and some new so i made sure i did alot of 2018 Hotring Circuit - Trenchway as it wasn't altered or tampered with by R*, did both solo races and sometimes a random joined in but eventually the trade price did unlock !!!  There's no counter visible so it wont say how many you have left... (it wont say win 9 more races etc.) you just have to do 10 and trade price unlocks!

Im not sure if the newer 2023 tracks counts towards the trade price IF San Andreas Super Sport Series is activated as i was mainly focusing on the 2018 ones that week, but Trenchway was an easy track to race but wont hurt to try next time but 2018 ones sure did work...

With that done FINALLY after almost a year trying with all those Hotring Races i believe they sure added Hotring Races 2023 but the old San Andreas Super Sport Series is still there too, it just needs to be activated by R* just as they did activated Hotring Races now this week but this is the 2023 version and not 2018... so whenever i see this now i know its the newer races and not possible to unlock these older trade prices

But if they decide to activate hotring races AS part of San Andreas Super Sport Series again one week you will have a chance to unlock these as well no matter version or platform!

Easy way to check each week is by just simply open up your phone ingame and goto Quick join -> Series mode -> S.A. Super Series (It needs to be listed there and if its not in the list like this week its NOT activated then you dont need to race 1000 Hotring Races as it just a waste of time) i mean you can race both 2018 and 2023 tracks now this week but its not part of San Andreas Super Sport Series... think they screwed up badly when combined these into all Hotring, they should kept them separated...

I have other friends also who needs these unlocks done so i made a promise to alert them when these are possible to unlock next time and i will sure make a reply here too when times come and R* adds these in again... last year they added in many Hotring Races weeks (2023) first i think and then after those they added in San Andreas Super Series so hopefully they do this soon too this year... but wont hurt to write them a note either through their feedback site and remind them which i just did a few days back...  dont write to support as they have no clue how the game works and whats need to be added back in or not, they just close ticket and you get a sum of money
