Black infinite loading screen after launching GTA Online from the PS5 launcher

Good evening, everyone. I love GTA Online, but I haven't been able to play it for months. After trying to earn $4 million for my GTA Online character, my game crashed, and now I can't play it without getting stuck on an endless black loading screen after the loading screen with the illustrations. Even Rockstar support was unable to help me.
I have already:
- uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- launched story mode first to try to play online afterwards
- cleared the cache
- changed the Wi-Fi settings
- joined a crew or left one during the endless loading.
I'm starting to despair. On the Rockstar website, I can see the information for my secondary online character, and when I try to launch the editor to play my main character, I'm told that I haven't completed the GTA Online introduction. I know it's a real mess, but I'm seriously desperate.
